Yes. Your institution's data is yours and nobody else can see it.

Do I need an account to use this?

Yes. If your university has opted-in to Single Sign On (SSO), you can log in with your usual university account. Alternatively, we provide a separate Outreach Log sign-in option to ensure your data remains secure.

What support is available if I need help?

Our support team is on hand to help, and you can also refer to user guide which includes instructional videos for step-by-step assistance.

Are there any upcoming features?

What is the onboarding process?

Onboarding includes assistance with setting up the Outreach Log and bespoke training for your university's users.

Can you backfill events?

Yes, you can instantly export all your data as CSV files, and download charts as PNG images.
